Chassis health

What it does

A lightweight inventory and status board for physical chassis. It records the last-checked timestamp, current status (online / degraded / offline), and is editable by admins. All authenticated users can view it.

Required inputs (admin)

• Hostname — must be unique within the table.
• Status — online, degraded, or offline.
• Last checked at — timestamp (auto-set on update).
