Moving from a legacy STP/HSRP core to a modern EVPN-VXLAN fabric is a multi-month program. The Migration Factory turns it into a repeatable workflow.

1. Wave plan — which racks move when
2. Per-wave MOP — commands, checks, rollback per device
3. Traffic-shift script — controlled VLAN/VRF migration
4. Cutover dashboard — go/no-go gates between waves
